Rebuttal Desk - notice This app's agent prompt (SKILL.md, served as the app's system prompt, not as a file here) is a derived work of the agent skill "nature-response" from the repository yuan1z0825/nature-skills (https://github.com/yuan1z0825/nature-skills, path skills/nature-response, commit 84880815fb37317b3766bff2c2abba395b8993c3), licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The full licence text is in LICENSE-NATURE-SKILLS-APACHE-2.0.txt. Changes made: the skill's router, default stance, red lines, workflow, output format and reference files (comment-taxonomy, action-mapping, response-structure, tone-and-stance, difficult-cases, qa-checklist) were condensed and rewritten into a three-lane JSON contract (plan, draft, audit) for a web app, with added rules that bind the model to the comment ids, the author notes and the revised manuscript text supplied in the browser. rebutkit.js contains a JavaScript port of two checks from the skill's scripts/check_package_consistency.py (the verbatim-quote check for \RevisedExcerpt and similar macros, and the \ReviewerComment / \AuthorResponse count check, with the same LaTeX normalisation), differential-tested against the Python original. The per-reviewer .tex export follows the shape of the skill's templates/response-to-reviewers.tex (the macro names ReviewerComment, AuthorResponse, RevisedExcerpt and ManuscriptChange). The letter parser, notes mapping and draft-reply lint are an independent implementation of patterns the skill describes.
